Carol Scott

Group Fitness Instructor

Certification and Education: Carol maintains her Personal Trainer certification through NASM, under which she holds specialty certifications in Step Aerobics and Kickboxing, as well as Group Fitness and Senior Fitness. She is also a certified instructor in Yoga, Mat Pilates and is WFR certified. In addition, Carol has just completed her Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology and Recreational Therapy.

Experience: Carol has been an active personal trainer and group instructor in the Vermont, New York, and New Hampshire areas. She has worked with children and adults in Wilderness Therapy and primitive skill building. She has also has experience in obstacle racing, strength athletics, multisport events, distance athletics, recreational programming to help with depression, PTSD, anxiety, self-image, and stress disorders.
