Charlotte was first introduced to yoga in 2008. Though it was not love at first asana, Charlotte soon fell in love with the meditation and self-love that yoga is all about. Charlotte completed her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2014 at the Arhanta Yoga Ashram in India. Following her first training, Charlotte has also completed another 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Kripalu School of Yoga along with a Yin Yoga teacher training and a Trauma Sensitive Yoga teacher training.
Charlotte believes in empowering each yogi by having each student listen to their own body’s innate wisdom to gain the most from each yogic posture. Each class is infused with meditation and breath work, ending with an extended relaxation to leave each yogi in a state of bliss.
