Ruthie is a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist who believes that exercise is the gateway to overall health, happiness, and confidence! She is devoted to helping others fall in love with fitness and achieve results in their physical fitness journey. Ruthie loves to lift weights, run, and dabble in yoga and Pilates. When she's not working out, she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her husband and their two dogs most of all!
